Ehhhh, in the pre fight interview I think Renzo meant that he was fighting when BJ was still IN his father’s sack, not ON it. Otherwise that is some disturbing insight into Renzo’s childhood or into what B.J. stands for! Does anyone know if the expression “nut rider/hugger” originated in Brazil? Boooooooring fight, once again a Gracie demonstrated the secrets to their “original family art”, adding i’s to/mispronouncing a japanese term, renaming arm locks and teh deadly LAY and PRAY!I liked it better when Frank Shamrock knocked Renzo’s a$$ tfo with knees to the back of the head from the bottom when Renzo tried that $hit on him. I thought BJ and Renzo were going to light up and share a cigarette while they were cuddling at the end of the last round!

BJ almost got him in the mount at the end. Renzo was so tired he wouldn’t have been able to fight him off if he did. Why didn’t the ref stand them up in the first round it seemed to me that Renzo really wasn’t doing anything offensive. He just put his head into BJ’s chest and just winged rabbit punches from time to time. He didn’t try to pass guard or try to effectively ground a pound.

Weird to see Bj a lil chubby good fight. They both seemed kinda gas but then again there was alot of movement in this fight.

I think BJ is a real classy guy. I have tons of respest for him. I don’t know why but for some reason I find myself hoping that Sean takes him out. What ever the outcome, I know it is going to be a war. I do believe it will go the distance. I do believe there will be blood. I do believe Sean will pull it out. I think he wants it more.

BJ looked a lil outta shape here. Despite the nutsack comment, I’ve always thought Renzo was a good dude. YO paddedummy, 1. Frank didn’t knock Renzo out, the fight was stopped because he had a concussion (which is common with strikes to the brain stem) 2. Frank was lucky they counted that as a W and didn’t disqualify his ass. But as we all know Kharma caught up with him in his next fight 3. Up until the illegal blows Renzo was winning the fight and would have continued to do so if not for the illegal strikes. Anywho…… BJ is gonna win tomorrow night. Now that he is taking his training seriously and not just depending on talent, he is a monster.

I hope Sean Sherk slams him into retirement. If this fight goes the distance Sherk wins 8/10. I predict Sherk by LnP decision.

He’s got the best work ethic in all of MMA. The steroid thing was bullshit. Read the facts of the incident.

Penn’s guard is so good on the ground that Gracie really didn’t get anything. Penn’s standup is deceptively fast and heavy too. Once BJ was on top, Gracie was spent and had nothing to defend. Even in “Dough Boy” form, BJ is still tops.

Sherk won’t know what to do with Penn. Penn has better standup, ground defense and submissions. Sherk has strength and stamina on his side though.

I thought Joe Stevenson would give Penn a good fight. “Daddy” is a lot like Sherk in my eyes with style, strength and conditioning. Penn is just just another level though.

Penn is going to bloody up Sherk with standup. Then, get him on the ground and bloody him up some more with some GNP. Then, a nice submission for the cameras…Kinda like what GSP did to him.

I’m still trying my best to figure out why people are so in love with bj penn, some might cry if they’ll see him on the street, the way girls use to do with the beatles.

I hate matt hughes and still respect him more than penn.

I hope sherk beats him either by submission or knock out which I dont see happening, as sherk is just a muscled little tiny dude with animal stamina.
