Well even though I lost all respect for BJ Penn as a person after the GSP fight, I still can’t see KenFlo beat him in this one.

This is gonna be wicked! Looking forward to it. Both are great. 50-50. Too tough to call. K-Flo has discipline, desire and ability. BJ is far less disciplined but has greater natural ability and greater power in his hands. Should be a great show on the ground. Hope it doesn’t end quickly.

KenFlo is good. But there’s nothing KenFlo can bring that GSP isn’t better at. BJ fights the champs of higher weight classes. Tough to beat that kind of experience.

I think this matchup has the makings to be a great fight. I am interested in what sort of gameplan BJ is coming up with (prob just up his cardio and go for the takedown/gnp/sub). Florian is getting help from GSP, and has def improved, where as BJ has gotten some training at another camp(finally) to work on his cardio i believe. I dont think Flo can outwrestle BJ, so the clinch/wear out tactic that GSP used wont work. He will prob look to wear BJ down with footwork and kicks. Cant wait!

BJ Penn probably won’t win this fight. He’s at the bottom of his game, while Florian is near the top of his. Florian’s skills have improved too much for Penn, who’s skills have not improved. If Kenny doesn’t beat him, Diego will for sure.
