You’ve got to admit, BJ’s seems like he’s trying to change his public image by cleaning up his pre-fight talking. I don’t think he’s actually changed himself, per se, but he’s certainly trying to change his image. Regardless, I’m a huge Florian fan and I’ll be watching and hoping for a new Lightweight Champion come August 8th. Can’t wait.
He needs to remember things a bit more accurately, though. It’s not like “the media” ran with one sound bite or quote he gave. He’d been whining about grease nonstop after that result. To the point where he says he won’t fight in Las Vegas anymore because of how things went down. He’s just being a baby. But still, he seems like he’s trying to change how he acts in front of a camera or mic. That’ll only work for so long, though.

Florian is cocky and always has been cocky. He is going to get his ass handed to him. BJ is the real deal and can back his talk up.

Say what you will about BJ but he admits he lost and got his as kicked. In the whole court appeal process he clearly stated hes not trying to over turn the decision and he accepts he lost, THE POINT is how can guys like Karo Parisyan, James Irvin, etc…get fined and suspened for stuff like pain killers but St. Pierre greases (has been accused by many) and gets caught on camera and he gets off scott free? its principle thats what he is arguing and everyone hates on this guy.
