I doubt the rematch will be any different. He’s no better than when he last fought cain…atleast he has a couple soild wins going into this fight, but Cain is totally different from Overeem and Travis browne.

The ending probably will not be different but I think Silva will last longer this time and hopefully not get a bad cut. I would love to see silva get the upset especially if Hunt pulls an upset in his fight . Hunt would have a pretty solid chance against big foot, but against cain his chances are not good, not good at all

@ruddo293 – Bigfoot has always had up and down fights. When he comes in extra motivated he is better no doubt. I think he is extra motivated for this one and i do think it will be a different fight. He didn’t think cain was that good, now he knows and will be ready.

I see this fight going a bit longer but ending the same. Cain’s speed and agility is phenomenal and is pretty much what seperates him from all HW’s.

Completely false hope for Silva following “two wins”…Travis Browne lost to Silva because he strained a hamstring (or was it his calf, I forget). Overeem lost to Silva because he was cocky and stupid and let Silva punch his head off. Outside of a lucky Silva punch, Velasquez will run circles around the acromegalic giant, punch his big bony head, take him down and grind him out. If anyone really thinks Silva has a chance, I ask you to review the Velasquez vs Dos Santos II and the Velasquez vs Silva I fights. Cain Valasquez is like a crazed dog with a bone. He will beat the p*ss out of Silva again. “Who’s next?” is the question.

I have to concur with the others here. And it almost feels like the Dos Santos/Hunt fight is the main event with this fight being a predictable one-sided affair like the first. All four heavyweights bring it so I’m looking forward to this card.

If Cain destroyed the best boxer standing(JDS) what makes BigFoot think his couple of training camps will make him an elite striker??? Cain gets better every fight, I wouldn’t be surprised if he pulls off a spinning back kick for the KO!!!

Big foot is probably smarter then my foot but not smarter then my 2 feet.

To be honest, up until when the overeem fight, I, as well as others, thought silva vs. overeem was a guaranteed victory for the reem. You couldn’t convince me otherwise…. but i was wrong. We really don’t know what will happen in this fight, all we know is Cain won the first fight with ease which almost makes it easy to predict the outcome of the rematch, but things can change…

Rugburn Says, in 5-22-2013 at 22:38:11 from

It boils down to this, can Cain take Bigfoot down and keep him down? Well we already know the answer to that and that is the biggest feat Bigfoot and all the collegiate wrestlers tried to over come. So yes Bigfoot can get a lucky punch or kick but the odds are so against him with Cain being so fast and technical on his feet. I’m looking for a KO by Cain with a nice finishing kick!!

The UFC are getting pretty lazy with their title fights lately.Jones vs Sonnen and now that.I understand they are champions and the UFC wants them to fight the most times possible but come on,get them a real fight. There’s only a number of time an athlete can peak in his career, don’t make them waste this on opponents we already know will lose.Make the champion wait 1 month longer but get him a real contender.
