He was 100% before his first fight w/Frank Mir, if you listen to what he says in prefight interviews. A few days after the fight, he comes out saying he was hospitalized with staph.

What a chump. He will still likely beat Dave Herman though.

Big Nog is a great guy. I am glad he healed. That was fast… he probably used some electrode-therapy and oxygen therapy that really does speed up healing.

Frank Mir damn near ripped that arm off.
