I’m sorry but I loved watching this punk get beat down. This sport gets tarnished by fighters like the Diaz brothers. Zero respect for anyone but themselves and think it makes them look like badasses but really just dumb asses.
Melendez and Shields do not act like that and I would be embarrassed if it was my camp they represented.

Anyone wanting to see what it would be like to pit a human being against a chimpanzee got to see it last night! Bendo had the boxing of Diaz dismantled by the end of the second round. After that Diaz became Bendo’s tossing dummy! Striking down from up top with his legs entangled with Nate…SICK!!!

I actually like the Diaz brothers more than most, but it was enjoyable to watch Nate get completely dominated. He’ll never admit it, but he got humbled.

@AOprinciple Look at Gleison Tibau… he is 5’10 and even more muscular than Henderson fighting at 155. Anthony Johnson was probably the most disgusting example of a huge weight cut… 200+ down to 170, granted he almost always missed weight by a few pounds.

Ben Henderson is the GSP of the 155 lbs division. Brilliant domination.. I like the Diaz brothers, but if they don’t learn someway to counter wrestle, they won’t become champs. Great fight card, great victory for Ben, awesome for the growth of MMA.
