That length is a huge factor at 170lbs. Ben knows that and has clearly trained well to work that advantage (on the ground or stand-up).

I’ve seen fights where there was a noticeable size difference between fighters but these two looked like they were from two different weight classes.

Daaayum! That was a massacre. Seems like ‘Mismatches’ should’ve been the name of this card. Ideally an mma bout would be evenly matched tit for tat, toe to toe, blow for blow. Still more fun to watch total domination than a couple of douches unwilling to exchange and dancing around the ring trying to preserve their precious records. Which we’ve seen far too much of these days. Give me Kimbo Slice Vs. Rick Astley or Vanderlei Silva Vs. Ryan Seacrest before I’m forced to watch another Evans Vs. Ortiz or Bisbing Vs. Leben.

swimmng thru a thai clinch can be damn near impossible when the clinch is in really tight. Ben had huge leverage on wolff. shooting on a fighter while in the clinch is even HARDER. Thats usually how you eat more knees. His only chance was to pull Ben to the ground, but Wolff may have zero ground game. Lastly, after a few hard, bony knees tear into your forehead, fight plans can go out the window…
