I have to say that K1 Max never disappoints. There is a great collection of fighters that fight in the lighter weight classes that always make exciting fights. The above featured fighters as well as Bakau, Souwer and Zambidis to mention a few are all out of this world.

excellent fight the boxing was world class the kicking superb, for being the shorter man Masato’s jab was very effective. Both these guys know the importance of being within range.

Though I definitely agree that masato won the last two rounds, Arthur won the first two, so their really shouldn’t have been a 4th. The fight was extremely close, but Masato went down in the first and second round, arthur never went down. Arthur also seemed to have had a higher % of landed punches then masato in the first two rounds. He ended up losing this because masato had better cardio. And the judges fucked him.

This is the best fight of the year I’ve seen, by far. Probably one of the best, period. I’d put this up there with Bonnar vs Griffin.

Two very talented athletes put all their heart into this fight. Both took brutal punishment, yet both kept going. This shows so much skill. Well done, K-1. Well done!!!
