Silva won the first 2 rounds. This was another bad decision.

Werdum won that in the last 2 rounds. Silva put up a good fight, but when Werdum (finally) took it to the ground, he pulled it out.

I gave Silva Rd 1 and Werdum the second 2. Silva punched himself out after the first. He should have finished it when he had the chance.

Bullshit decision.. Silva one round 1 and 2.. Im sick of fights being decided by grappling or wrestling that inflicts no damage at all…effective wrestling or bjj is fantastic to watch when used for submissions or ground and pound.. This never happened in this fight.. Silva clearly won round 1 and dropped Werdum in round 2 for the only significant damage caused in the round.. this just gives fight camps the loopholes needed to win fights without having to actually fight!..If something isnt done soon we are gonna see this over and over again…

I’m surprised people thought silva won the second round. For me, the second round was almost as dominant for werdum, as the first was for silva. Great fight though.

shocktime, you are misinformed. A unanimous decision means that all 3 judges saw that Verdum won (regardless of how 2-1 or 3-0). To say that Silva won via SPLIT DECISION, is wrong. It means to say that you think that just 2 of the judges should have seen that Silva won 2 or more of the rounds.

What i think you wanted to say is that Silva won 2 rounds to 1.
