another unimpressive win for Silva.
what year was this fight? i doubt Murray would make it out of the first 30 seconds with todays silva. I need to see those two losses that Silva had prior to this fight.
GSP would buttfu** him big time. Unimpressive win against an unimpressive opponent

yea.. its amazing how hes improved soo much and is now the p4p best fighter in the world.. and that he would dominate your favorite fighter
Oh my god, what a little bitch Murray is. He threw Silvas fucking mouthpiece back at him. You know he totally deserved that stabbing after that and I’m sure he’s guilty as hell. The announcers were also full of shit (quote from first round:”I’d possibly go for a draw on that one. Lee always brings aggression to the cage… Silva not quite showing anything to much”) I actually didn’t see Lee do a damn thing in the first round except fall on Anderson after they bounced off the cage. You can tell Lee must have been their boy.
In my honest opinion Silva was just playing with him that whole fight, it seemed like he really just wanted to submit him.
Don’t do that you disgusting prick, who gives their opponent their mouthpiece?!?! Thats one of the stupidest things I’ve seen. I wouldn’t accept it either.
They list him as 5′11″ lol.
He’s obviously the same height as his opponent.
whats the story with the image pointing out all those stab wounds?? Search Lee Murray Wiki.
Im St Pierre’s #1 fan… but Anderson Silva is “the best in the world” so im hopping someday theyll match up the best fighters ((( Silva, St Pierre and Fedor ))) and soon Machida… he will be the next lightheavy weight champion…
MMAoreo, I saw one of Silva’s losses. It was a pride fight against a japanese fighter who he was beating the crap out of. The japanese guy (popular name) threw a flying scissor kick that transition into an ankle lock. The move and submission took about 1 1/2 seconds, Silva tapped out 1 or 2 seconds later. That submission was one of the most impressive I’ve ever seen. If you’re wondering if Silva has any weakness’s? this move he lost on was rare. I’ve never seen it work before and it’s so hard to pull off. Maybe Silva is prone ankle locks by way of flying scissor kick takedowns? Hell if I fought him it would be something I might try, either that or get my face bashed in with laser precise striking punches, kicks and knees.
Unimpressive win..?
I agree. Those precision kick combinations that were as quick as an average fighters’ punches were very unimpressive. The tactics that had his opponent too scared to come in for fear of a counter or takedown were also lame.
His control of the ring and the damage he dished out also just below average and matched the sub par conditioning. I would feel terrible if I fought like that, its sooo sub par..!
Sarcastic of course, Silva owns, and deserves his top 3 best ever spot!
When you have a guy limping in a fight.. scared to come forward you have done your job.
