EBD your rite he do need 2 work hard on his defense and pick his shots he has world class hands but he got a glass jaw i like the kid i want him 2 go all the way but a few of the other fighters have dropped him and nun of them was big hitters yea he got back up and won but at world level they all hit a lot harder and every fighter gets hit i dont think he got the chin for it unless frank warren buys him a world title like he dose haha

For all the talk about his glass jaw, I think the problem is defense. That last shot of the first knockdown, the left hook, would have dropped anybody. I’m amazed he got up. But look at his position in the post-fight slo-mo when he got tagged — right in the other guy’s wheelhouse with his hands down.

He can still be a great fighter, but he’s going to have to forget about the ego and the pomp and hoopla, and think defense *first*, and then use his — considerable — skill and speed to counterpunch. He’s got to pick his spots, not trade with a deadly puncher like Prescott.

Amir Khan is a great boxer fast hands great skills but a glass jaw and thats no good in the boxing game every one gets hit he’ll do well at in europe but thats bout it i think

I dont know which KO was worse. The one Amir Khan suffured or Chuck Liddell’s..At least Khan got up and tried to fight back while Chuck was out cold.

i know this is a mma site but boxers punch many times harder than mma fighters. if they fought with mma gloves people would die.

don’t get me wrong i am not saying boxers are better fighters. i am saying they (on the whole) more lethal punchers.
