Arona sure has great kicks. But that win seemed like it was a little pre-mature. Well, we can’t really say this, since Alistair tapped…Good showing by Arona though.

I watched Alistair handle Paul Buetello with ease a few months ago, in the HW divison..AL made Paul look like he was in a fight for his life kind of match..

I guess what I don’t understand is why the ref didnt stand them up and give arona a red card after multiple strikes to the back of alistair’s head. I mean, sure, it’s obvious he was trying to soften up, and was dominating the fight, but… it’s still cheating. From 1:47

What happened at 2:20? That grazing leg kick seemed to take Overeem’s balance and he just fell down. Strange.

He definitely took a thumb to the eye. I’d tap out too, eye injuries are no joke.
