Full fight up again.
Ahahaha knockout!!! Too cocky
Obviously the lack of Juice was apparent, smaller,
slower, not nearly as aggressive, tired really fast lol…
No need to be sorry. The 3rd round is the only one that matters!
Bwahahaha! Demolition Man got demolished!!!
Well, I guess I’ll miss the documentaries, but this was pure poetic justice. Overroid needed some serious humbling and I can’t think of any better lesson than that. Vicious!!!
Wow, good on bigfoot. He must have been eating bear meat!
Oh. My. God. I can’t believe it. I could have sworn Overeem would kill him.
I love you Bruno…and I mean that in the straightest way possible.
thx 4 quick post bruno!!!
Like I said before. Now dos santos should kick his ass and Overoid should go to belator ,K1. He cant hang out with the big boys, hahahahahah
LOL he’s done without the juice. Better cut back down to 205
this just goes to show you how good cain velasquez really is, he destroyed bigfoot silva, overeem would of got stomped by cain.
Confidence is food for the wise man but liquor for the fool. Alistair being a fool in this case
why did he hit him, why fight..they should lift weights and compete in a way that no one is hurt, SAVE MOTHER EARTH stop violence.
Fooled me. Wonder what the first two rounds were like.
Overeem lost a step. His body has defeintly changed a bit now since he is no longer using the whatever stuff he was taking before… He needed to lose this fight or atleast go all 3 rounds, cain would have destoryed him so fast.
Overeem’s chin fails him again…always his weak link, although Bigfoot hits as hard as any…
You guys are IDIOTS you think he lost because of steroids? Lol, morons. Big Foot has been caught before for roids, there goes your theory, you must be new to critical thinking.
Overeem won the first 2 rounds easily.
He got complacint and didn’t respect Big Foot’s game and failed do put him away, got lazy and caught up against the cage.
ANYONE would get KOd by those shots by a 300 pound freak like Big Foot.
Overrated Overjuiced got LIT!!!!!!!!freaking loooooove it!!!!!!!nver underestimate anyone you cocky F***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why did they announce it as a TKO? That was a KO buddy!!!!!! big time
Alistair Overeem dominated round 1 and 2. His cardio killed him even before bighead hit him in round 3
Hope this will be a shut-up lesson for this drug user ali the loser stairs.
No more juice, Overeem is done. He is gonna have to lose all those fake muscle and start again. Overjuiced has done it again:):):)
Overeem lost the fight before he started. His cardio was crap, he had zero respect for his opponent, over confident, and gave very little effort in the fight. Love how big foot punked him at the end after all the s*** talk. He deserved the humility.
That was nice herb dean really worked to keep big foot away from overroid LOL!
Congrats Bigfoot!
Not so tough now without your overdose of ROIDS huh little fella? nighty night BITCH
Why did Joe say 24 second knockout???? or maybe I heard something that didn’t happen.
Nevermind, I see that is says 3rd round. I’ve been drinking tonight ![]()
Only MeatDrapes and Meshuggah put it rightly, The Reem dominated easily 2 rounds but he got too cocky, didn’t go for the kill and got caught by a nice head-kick, then a flurry of powerhorse fists to the head put him out. Nothing to do with a glass jaw, actually quite the opposite, the Reem ate 7+ straight punches to the head and didn’t get KO’ed at all.
Haters gonna f****** hate, same with jealous and envious keyboard warriors, aka LOSERS
Overeem easily won round 1 and 2, people seem to have forgotten that this is his first fight after a long lay off. he’ll be back stronger.
Overeem got the Shane Carwin gas tank curse. Finish in the first or forget it cause the fuel doth runneth out…
There is a clear -and not surprising- misunderstanding on the way PED drugs (steroids in this case) work. Overeem did NOT lose because he “wasn’t on steroids”. He showed the same problems this fight as he has in every other fight when he WAS juiced up. He slowed down as the fight went on (Steroids do NOT increase your cardio) and fought with disregard for Silva’s striking and got clipped. When Overeems gets hit, he becomes a different fighter – old news.
Some of you guys, honestly, give the true fight fan a bad name.
Meat drapes (best name ever BTW)
Save you’re breath. These idiots don’t understand. and they don’t want to.
Chuck Liddell already softened that chin up years ago…how could anyone doubt that Bigfoot couldn’t do the same?
I did not see overoid aggressive he usually goes out there and put pressure on fighters .he had good head movement . Cain and Cormier oppose problems for any big heavyweights
Def needed the juice to compete. Lack of talent showed as well…
Cain, Cormier, JDS, Bigfoot, Barnett, Reem, Werdum
HWT is stacked!
rogan said it best. never underestimate anyone who gets in that ring.
It’s so great to see Alistair get destroyed like that.I like Alistair and was rooting for him but there’s nothing better then seeing an overly confident cocky guy who fought the whole fight with his hands low get destroyed.I bet if Alistair took Bigfoot seriously he wouldn’t have taken any damage.I NEVER saw Alistair fight with his hands low like that.Serves him right. Now he has a long way back to the top.He should’ve looked at GSP vs Serra 1 before taking a guy with KO power and average technique lightly…
@The tards talking about roids
Even if he roided,he would still get KOed from that flurry.Roids don’t change how good you can take a punch.Roids or not if you are cocky vs a guy with KO power, you will proably get KOed 9/10…
Props to Bigfoot!!!! Overeem deserved to loose because at this level of the game a fighter can not come in to a fight out of shape. I believe this fight will light a fire under The Reems ass. If cardio is the only thing that Overeem lacks, he’ll be back stronger because he definitely has the skill. Overeem did win 1st two rounds with no problem. I see a title fight in Overeems future.
Yelajackit – lack of Talent? Buddy, go stick your mouth around a car exhaust and die. You’re an idiot. I can’t imagine what “Talent” you have – at anything. Fool.
clearly most of you have never seen Allistair fight in the past. This result was NO surprise.
Reem is talented but reem fought lazy and it cost him.
I hope Guyborg gets destroyed in the same fashion when she comes back without the juice.
Overeem has great power but his kickboxing skills are greatly exaggerated. He comes in with his chin in the air and hands down, overconfident or not, that’s just not sound kickboxing. He also does not throw many combinations, just single hooks, one two, etc. The year he won the K-1 GP, he faced Gokhan Sakhi with a broken arm and was still getting owned. Also Peter Aerts in the final was half dead anyways…
Anyone who watched his Pride fights knows Overeem was always a B-rank fighter. It’s clear he won’t be able to hang with top level competition in the UFC. If Bigfoot can do this to him, just imagine how bad would he look in a fight against Cain.
This fight was a mirror image of Chuck vs Reem, only Reem gained about 80 pounds. It doesn’t matter what you do in the first round if you are unconscious in the last one.
Overoid got Overanded that’s all folk!
Did that remind anyone of Bas Rutten’s KO over Tsuyoshi Kohsaka?
This fight was rigged, overeem made a lot of money
I think overeem looked softer than usual and he was hesitant with his striking. He was acting a fool by keeping his hands down the whole fight. Bigfoot isn’t a loser just because he lost to Cain. Last I checked Cain was champ…anyways I still want to see Dos Santos and Term fight
Beautiful knock out !!!
Did Bigfoots coach say ‘you just gotta fake some more’ in his peptalk betweeen round 1 and 2??? Was he playing on Overeems cockiness?
As has been mentioned by numerous people in this forum who actually watched the fight, the Reem showed no respect to Bigfoot n lost because of it. I don’t mean to take anything away from Bigfoot – and that was an awesome K.O., btw – but the Reem was winning handily n still definitely outclasses Bigfoot on the feet. He also dropped some hard leather when he was in Bigfoot’s guard. His chin is mostly fine. Didn’t you see how many hard shots it took to put him away? I can still see Overeem getting a title shot before Bigfoot if he gets to fight JDS n wins handily… Not to suggest that is an easy task, but it would be a good fight. Cain Velasquez already fought and destroyed Bigfoot, so Werdum is probably the most likely title contender unless Daniel Cormier decides to put his friendship with Cain on the backburner. I think that Cain is going to be a dominant champion for some time to come n that JDS still probably has the best shot at taking it from him, but Overeem is probably next after that.
There is no fighter safe in the ring, no matter his reputation, his popularity, or even his performance, no one is safe because all that need to happen is for a split second your guard drops and that punch lands and if it lands correctly it can change the outcome! It’s always one punch, elbow, knee or kick from being a win or a loss! Overeem is highly overated at that weight and he’s not nearly as good as when he was at Pride
Well Reem, how did that drop my hands technique work?
