Dos Santos will still smash him. He’s only 15lbs lighter and waaayyyy quicker. A top notch boxer who can defend against kicks is superior to kickboxer the same way a wrestler is superior to a jiu jitsu specialist if the wrestler has good jitz defense.

Overeems K1 status is questionable as well. Most of the guys he fought were much smaller then him and gave him a run for his money. Once one those little 4oz gloves sneak through is guard he’s going to panic and game over.

Whilst I’m not going to comment on Overeem directly, I did read that certain illnesses and medical conditions can lower estrogen production and skew the ratio that way (as opposed to actually having crazy-high testosterone levels).

His Testosterone level was high, 14-1, normal is 1-1, allowed is 4-1…

BUT they couldn’t have any trace of steriods or ped’s…or anything illegal…

Just that his testosterone level was really high…

So it’s obviously just his horse meat…and it seems to work…

@dejabrew Your logic is totally flawed. So you’re saying he should still fight even when caught absolutely and totally guilty. The commission was bought, if he is fighting. Sports can never turn a blind eye to ped’s. Cheating is cheating and can’t be tolerated.
