| HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Sept. 20, 2007 – The Pitbulls completed their unbeaten season, beating the defending champion Silverbacks, 3-2, to win their 1st International Fight League World Championship, in front of 3,470 fans at Hard Rock Live at the Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, Fla. Deividas Taurosevicius, Delson Heleno and Andre Gusmao got wins for the second-seeded Pitbulls, coached by Renzo Gracie, on the way to the title.
